Terms of Service

By accessing or using SokoFarm you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

To access certain features you must create an account. When creating your account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Notify us immediately of any suspected security breach.
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is inaccurate, false, or misleading.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities per person or household. We strive for accurate pricing and product descriptions, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.

By placing an order you offer to purchase the products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and we will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa
• Credit / Debit Cards
• Bank Transfers

You warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location within Kenya and product availability. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations.

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To qualify:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Perishable goods and personalised items are not eligible for return unless defective. See our full Returns Policy for details.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in content you post. By posting you grant SokoFarm a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.

You may not use our Services:

• In violation of any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• To impersonate SokoFarm, its employees, or any other person or entity.
• To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• To attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

All Services content — including text, images, software, and design — is owned by SokoFarm or its licensors and is protected under Kenyan and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SOKOFARM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOKOFARM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, without prejudice to our right to seek relief in any other competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
